    CNC deep hole drilling is a professional drill bit used for the production and processing of deep holes. CNC deep hole drilling can be divided into two categories: external chip discharge and internal chip discharge. The major drawback of deep drilling is the difficulty of heat dissipation and chip removal of the heat pipe. Specially used to produce hemp drill bits for processing deep holes, CNC deep hole drills generally call holes with a hole depth to diameter ratio of more than 6 in hardware processing     It is a deep hole. The gun drill is suitable for producing and processing deep holes with a diameter of 2 to 20 mm and a hole depth to diameter ratio exceeding 100.

2. BTA CNC deep hole drilling:

The cutting oil is fed from the gap between the drill rod and the hole, and the cutting oil is discharged from the inner hole of the drill rod by the pressure of the cutting oil. BTA CNC deep hole drilling is suitable for drilling deep holes with a diameter of more than 6mm and a hole depth to diameter ratio of less than 100. The productivity of CNC deep hole drilling is about 3 times higher than that of gun drilling.

3. Jet CNC deep hole drilling:

    This kind of multi-edge internal chip removal CNC deep hole drilling has inner and outer double-layer drill tubes. Most of the cutting oil enters the drilling area from the gap between the inner and outer drill tubes, and then connects to the connecting pipe after cutting; The other part of the cutting oil passes through the crescent-shaped hole at the tail of the inner tube and enters the inner tube, creating a bottom pressure zone to help suction cutting. CNC deep hole drilling is suitable for drilling     Deep holes with a diameter of more than 18mm and a hole depth and diameter ratio of less than 100.

4. DF CNC deep hole drilling:

    This type of drill bit absorbs the BTA CNC deep hole drill and selects a single tube. The chip removal has the dual effect of pushing and suction.
